堅牢なSD50多機能ディスプレイは、産業現場での機械・工程情報の伝達をより分かりやすくします。
Turckは、パートナーであるBanner Engineering社製のSD50プログラマブルマトリクスLEDディスプレイを追加し、LED表示機器のラインナップを拡充しました。このディスプレイは、機械・工程・作業者データを可視化し、稼働状態・工程ステップ・エラー情報を遠方からでも見やすい形で表示します。用途例としては、ピッキングステーション、AGV（無人搬送車）、コンベヤシステム、機械制御パネルなどが挙げられます。白色8×96 LEDマトリクスに加え、両側には8個のRGBマルチカラーLEDを搭載し、直感的に分かるステータス表示を実現します。300×50 mmのモジュールは、IP65対応の筐体とM12コネクタ接続を備えています。

Setup without programming
Turck offers the SD50 in three communication variants: Discrete Control, IO-Link and Modbus RTU. It is configured with Banner Engineering's Pro-Editor software. This enables the user to set whether the SD50 functions as a text display, displays measured values or visualizes timers or counters without any programming required. These modes make it suitable for simple signal applications as well as for data-based visualizations directly from the controller. Depending on the model, the SD50 displays up to 16 static or 32 running characters.
